FMCSA – DOT Drug & Alcohol Penalties

As an authorized (regulated by DOT) motor carrier, you likely know that your company should have a drug and alcohol program in place that includes testing and training.  What may be lesser known by your company is all the potential violations that could be occurring within your operations.
