September brings many changes to Colorado. As archery and black powder hunters may already know, driving in Colorado’s high country can bring snow just about every month of the year.  This past weekend we saw a rapid change in the weather and Pike’s Peak has already seen its first snow for the 2022 – 2023 winter season. Did you know that Colorado’s chain law is in effect every year from September 1st through May 31st? Additionally, Colorado’s chain law applies to commercial motor vehicles and passenger vehicles alike.  You can learn more about the law here: Chain Law Information | Colorado State Patrol – CSP

Not sure if your vehicle is a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) or you have questions regarding coverage for your fleet but consider contacting your Innovise Risk Control team.
