As a leader in Risk Control, the Innovise team is proud to introduce “Work Ready” as a wholistic approach to employee fitness for duty.  This comprehensive process is designed to help employers control their cost of risk while working to ensure the safety and wellbeing of their most valuable assets, their employees. 

Employers invest large amounts of money into attracting and retaining employees.  By focusing on only qualified employees that are able to perform the essential functions of the job, employers can create efficiencies in the hiring process that help them manage risk related to avoiding and/or controlling workplace injuries.    This process may start as early as pre-hire and covers employees’ fitness for duty throughout their work cycle as long as they are with the employer.   

This is achieved through multiple methods ranging from defining physical demands of essential job functions and matching employee candidates to those requirements through injury management and employee conditioning.
