Reminder – OSHA 300A logs should be posted from February 1, 2024 through April 30, 2024

Here is a quick review:

OSHA 300 Log:  Records the details for each workplace injury and illness.

OHSA 301 Incident Report: More in-depth information for each incident and completed within seven days of notice of the recordable incident.

OSHA 300A: Summary of workplace injuries/illnesses, hours worked, location address, and related information.
