OSHA Region 8 Area Director Changes
Federal OSHA Region 8 covers Colorado, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Wyoming, and Utah. Note that Wyoming and Utah both have state-controlled OSHA programs that cover both private and state and local government workplaces.
2020 brought several changes to the Denver offices with new area directors. If you have not been interacting with the OSHA area offices in Colorado, the new directors are Amanda Kupper, Denver Area Office, which is responsible for the northern half of the state, and Chad Vivian, Englewood Area Office, which is responsible for the southern half of the state.
