OSHA recently updated its guidance to be aligned with the Center for Disease Control (CDC) which recommends the use of masks by vaccinated people in areas of high transmission rates.   The guidelines also call for individuals, regardless of vaccination status, to get tested three to five days following a known exposure to someone with suspected or confirmed COVID-19.

OSHA further stated that its recommendations are “advisory in nature and informational in content and are intended to assist employers in providing a safe and healthful workplace free from recognized hazards that are causing or likely to cause death or serious injury.”
